Try getting rid of it with device manager or uninstalling it with the programme removing device or CCleaner as that will get rid of devlces shortcuts and other unneeded files. When I get done with the repair everything should look the same?

I installed all the necessary drivers for this PC and everything seems to be working okay, but under Device Manager it shows one device that is “Unknown Device” This Unknown device is listed under Other Devices category. When trying to download from the soft32 web site, the automatic download does not start, it shows alternate links which is the Microsoft web site for windows updates.

I flashed the bios and it didn’t help So, it is easy to simply choose a HAL during install using the F5 key, to devicse you can shutdown.
